Max Miller is a Director at Worklyn Partners. Prior to joining Worklyn, he worked on the investment team at Sycamore Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm, where he focused on transaction diligence, execution, and portfolio company support. Max also spent three years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners in New York, advising on M&A transactions and strategic initiatives across the consumer, technology, media, and telecom sectors. He holds a BSBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
